Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Booking

Your booking is not confirmed and no contract exists until we have received your deposit and you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your place.

  • The remaining balance is due by the date communicated by the retreat host. Full payment must be made by that date to keep your reservation active.

  • All payments must be received in US Dollars in the exact amount stated.

3. Cancellation by Guest

  • You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your notification.

  • The $500 USD deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel before the cancellation deadline stated on your retreat booking page, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, excluding the deposit.

  • If you cancel on or after the cancellation deadline stated on your retreat booking page, no refund will be provided.

  • There are no refunds for any unused portion of the retreat once it has begun.

  • If the reason for your cancellation is covered by a travel insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel a retreat in any circumstances. Our retreats require a minimum of 75% of spots to be booked by 30 days before the start date. If this minimum is not reached, we may cancel and refund all payments made.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat at any time, including changes to facilitators, class times, activities, or accommodation. If accommodation must be changed, we will provide accommodation of a comparable standard wherever possible.

  • We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by war, terrorism, natural disasters, industrial action, technical failures, or any other events beyond our control.

5. Your Health & Wellbeing

  • It is your responsibility to consult a doctor before the retreat to confirm you are sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in yoga, ELDOA, movement classes, hiking, and other physical activities.

  • You must inform us of any physical or mental health conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions or allergies at least 2 weeks before the retreat start date.

  • If you have health conditions that may be affected by the activities we offer, we reserve the right to advise you to modify or cease participation in any activity in the interests of your safety or that of others.

  • During any activity, it is your responsibility to be aware of your own body's limits. If you experience pain or discomfort, you must stop immediately.

  • All activities are undertaken outdoors in natural conditions. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from uneven terrain or other natural hazards.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • Yoga, ELDOA, movement classes, hiking, and all other physical activities offered during our retreats are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

  • Stone Bodyworks and its facilitators accept no liability for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to personal property that you may suffer during the retreat, including injuries resulting from our ordinary negligence.

  • We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreat is delivered as described and that services are provided to a reasonable standard.

  • We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions that may develop during or after the retreat.

7. Travel Arrangements

  • All travel to and from the retreat is your sole responsibility and at your own cost, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from travel delays, cancellations, or documentation issues with third-party travel providers.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you choose to purchase insurance, your policy should cover the activities offered on this retreat, as well as unexpected cancellation, illness, injury, and loss of personal property. Please bring your policy documents with you.

9. Group Bookings

Where a booking is made on behalf of multiple people, the person submitting the booking confirms they have authorization from all named participants to enter into this contract. These terms apply to each member of the group individually.

10. Personal Property

We take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the retreat property. However, you are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings at all times. We accept no liability for loss of or damage to your personal property.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern during the retreat, please raise it with the retreat organizer immediately so we have the opportunity to address it. We cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of other guests.

12. Photography & Media

By providing separate consent on the booking form, you authorize Stone Bodyworks and its facilitators to use photographs and/or video of you taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes, including on their website, social media, and other publications, in any media format. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the organizers before or at the start of the retreat. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying us in writing.

13. Privacy

We do not share your personal information with third parties. Information you provide is used solely for the administration of your booking and the running of the retreat.
