Stone Bodyworks Fitness is where Stacey's 20 years of experience and education as a personal trainer, wellness coach, and yoga instructor come together. Her movement classes blend traditional strength training, postural and core strengthening, myofascial stretching, and ELDOA postures to balance your body and help you avoid injury, so you can move through life without pain. Stacey's coaching also includes practices for improving breathing and mindfulness in daily life, which can help balance the mind and decrease stress.

Private fitness and wellness coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs. This includes fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, stress management, breathing improvements, postural improvement, and pain reduction through exercise prescription.
