I offer private and small group personal training. 

My 20+ years experience and education allows me to work with various types of aches, pain, injuries, and ability levels.

I specialize in designing and implementing fitness and movement programs that help clients improve quality of movement, decrease pain (when other movement techniques have failed), and improve the resilience of the body and mind for improved quality of life.

Stone Bodyworks offers a multidisciplinary approach to fitness and wellness.

This unique approach integrates personal training & therapeutic exercise prescription with nutrition & lifestyle coaching.
