An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until November 21, 2019
Learn the proper dynamics of breathing to access a deeper level of relaxation and stress reduction.
Each class will consist of:
– Simple yoga postures to open the chest & ribs
– Diaphragmatic breath awareness work
– Short meditation at the end
$15 to drop in.
