A safe, effective, drug-free technique to reduce stress, improve breathing, health, and quality of life!

Classes begin with gentle stretching to prepare the body for a breathing practice to help release stress and find your inner Zen.

The breathing practice is based on the Buteyko Method for breathing. With its roots in anatomy and physiology, this breathing practice works to re-establish natural breathing patterns as a strong foundation for overall health and well-being.

These classes can help to:

  • Reduce stress & anxiety
  • Improve cardiorespiratory health
  • Improve digestion & elimination
  • Improve sleep
  • Improved sense of well-being
  • Decrease blood pressure
  • Reduce fatigue
  • Decrease allergies

Class Info

  • Pay what you can, it’s OK if you can’t
  • Advanced sign-up with me is required
  • Virtual classes are held on Zoom, account not required
  • Class size is limited to 20 participants so that individual feedback can be given
